Ez a tájékoztató a www.matyiatrabi.hu weboldal (a továbbiakban: Weboldal) látogatóinak és felhasználóinak személyes adatai kezeléséről szól, az Európai Parlament és a Tanács (EU) 2016/679 rendelete (GDPR), valamint az információs önrendelkezési jogról és az információszabadságról szóló 2011. évi CXII. törvény (Infotv.) rendelkezéseivel összhangban. Hatályos: 2026. október 28-tól.

Az űrlapok kitöltése önkéntes. A csillaggal (*) jelölt mezők és a hozzájáruló jelölőnégyzet nélkül az űrlap nem küldhető el. A hírlevélre való feliratkozás külön jelölőnégyzettel történik, és nem feltétele a pontszám elküldésének.
3. Gyermekek adatai
A Weboldal meséi 3–6 éves gyermekeknek szólnak, az űrlapokat azonban kizárólag felnőttek – szülők vagy gondviselők – tölthetik ki. A GDPR 8. cikke és az Infotv. alapján a 16. életévét be nem töltött gyermek személyes adatai csak a szülői felügyeletet gyakorló személy hozzájárulásával kezelhetők. A játék űrlapján ezért a szülő vagy gondviselő e-mail címét kérjük, és az ő hozzájárulását rögzítjük. A játékos neveként becenév is megadható. Ha tudomásunkra jut, hogy gyermek adatait szülői hozzájárulás nélkül kaptuk meg, azokat haladéktalanul töröljük.
4. Sütik és a böngészőben tárolt adatok
A Weboldal kétféle módon tárol adatot a böngésződben:
- Szükséges tárolás (localStorage, nem süti): a játék helyi toplistája, a hangok ki-/bekapcsolása, a választott nyelv és a sütikkel kapcsolatos döntésed. Ezek az adatok senkinek nem kerülnek továbbításra, kizárólag az adott eszközön, az adott böngészőben láthatók, és a böngésző beállításaiban bármikor törölhetők.
- Statisztikai sütik (Google Analytics 4) – kizárólag hozzájárulással: az oldal első megnyitásakor megjelenő sütisávon dönthetsz arról, engedélyezed-e a látogatottságmérést. Elfogadás esetén a Google Analytics a „_ga” és a „_ga_<azonosító>” nevű sütiket helyezi el (lejárat: 2 év), amelyek egy véletlenszerű azonosítóval különböztetik meg a látogatókat. Elutasítás esetén a mérőkód be sem töltődik. A döntésedet a lábléc „Süti-beállítások” hivatkozásán bármikor módosíthatod vagy visszavonhatod.
A Weboldal marketing- vagy hirdetési célú sütit nem használ.
5. Adatfeldolgozók és címzettek
- Tárhelyszolgáltató: Rackhost Kft. – a Weboldal és az e-mailek technikai tárolása.
- Űrlapküldő szolgáltatás: FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) – a kapcsolatfelvételi és a játék-űrlap adatait e-mailben továbbítja az adatkezelőnek, valamint a játék eredményéről automatikus visszaigazolást küld a megadott e-mail címre. A szolgáltató a beküldött adatokat legfeljebb 30 napig tárolja. Adatkezelési tájékoztatója: formsubmit.co/privacy.pdf. (Ha a Weboldal saját szerveroldali űrlapkezelést használ, ez a pont nem alkalmazandó.)
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Írország): látogatottsági statisztika, kizárólag a hozzájárulásod esetén. Az adatok a Google LLC (USA) szerverein is feldolgozásra kerülhetnek; a Google LLC az EU–USA adatvédelmi keretrendszer (Data Privacy Framework) tanúsított résztvevője. A Google adatkezelési tájékoztatója: policies.google.com/privacy; a mérés a Google böngészőbővítményével is letiltható: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Írország): a mesevideók a YouTube-on jelennek meg. A videók csak a lejátszás gombra kattintás után töltődnek be, adatvédelmi szempontból kíméletes („youtube-nocookie.com”) módon. A lejátszással a Google saját adatkezelési szabályzata szerint kezelhet adatokat (pl. IP-cím, sütik): policies.google.com/privacy.
Személyes adatot a fentieken túl harmadik személynek nem adunk át, kivéve, ha arra jogszabály kötelez. Az űrlapküldő, a látogatottságmérő és a videómegosztó szolgáltatás igénybevétele során az adatok az Európai Gazdasági Térségen kívülre (különösen az Amerikai Egyesült Államokba) is továbbításra kerülhetnek; ilyen esetben a továbbítás a GDPR V. fejezete szerinti megfelelő garanciák (az EU–USA adatvédelmi keretrendszer, illetve általános adatvédelmi kikötések) alapján történik.
6. Adatbiztonság
Az adatkezelő a személyes adatokat a kockázatoknak megfelelő technikai és szervezési intézkedésekkel védi (HTTPS-kapcsolat, jelszóval védett e-mail fiók, hozzáférés-korlátozás). Az e-mailben érkező üzeneteket kizárólag az adatkezelő olvassa.
7. Az érintettek jogai
A GDPR 15–22. cikke alapján bármikor kérheted:
- tájékoztatást és hozzáférést a kezelt adataidhoz;
- adataid helyesbítését, kiegészítését;
- adataid törlését („elfeledtetés”), ideértve a hírlevélről való leiratkozást is;
- az adatkezelés korlátozását;
- adathordozhatóságot (a megadott adatok géppel olvasható formában történő kiadását);
- tiltakozást a jogos érdeken alapuló adatkezelés ellen;
- a hozzájárulás visszavonását bármikor – ez a visszavonás előtti adatkezelés jogszerűségét nem érinti.
Kérésedet a hello@matyiatrabi.hu címre küldheted; legkésőbb a kérelem beérkezésétől számított egy hónapon belül válaszolunk. A hírlevélről minden levél végén található hivatkozással, vagy e-mailben kérve bármikor leiratkozhatsz.
8. Jogorvoslat
Ha úgy érzed, hogy adataid kezelése során jogsérelem ért, kérjük, először nálunk jelezd, hogy orvosolhassuk. Ezen túlmenően panasszal fordulhatsz a felügyeleti hatósághoz: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH) – 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11.; postacím: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9.; telefon: +36 1 391 1400; e-mail: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; web: www.naih.hu. 9. A tájékoztató módosítása
Az adatkezelő fenntartja a jogot a tájékoztató módosítására; a mindenkor hatályos változat a Weboldalon érhető el. Jelentős változásról a hírlevél-feliratkozókat e-mailben is értesítjük.

This notice explains how the personal data of visitors and users of the www.matyiatrabi.hu website (the “Website”) are processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on the right to informational self-determination and freedom of information (Infotv.). Effective from 28 October 2026.

Filling in the forms is voluntary. A form cannot be sent without the fields marked with an asterisk (*) and the consent checkbox. Subscribing to the newsletter is done with a separate checkbox and is not a condition of sending the score.
3. Children’s data
The stories on the Website are for children aged 3–6, but the forms may only be filled in by adults – parents or guardians. Under Article 8 of the GDPR and the Infotv., personal data of children under 16 may only be processed with the consent of the holder of parental responsibility. That is why the game form asks for the email address of the parent or guardian and records their consent. A nickname may be given as the player’s name. If we learn that a child’s data was received without parental consent, we delete it immediately.
4. Cookies and data stored in your browser
The Website stores data in your browser in two ways:
- Necessary storage (localStorage, not cookies): the game’s local leaderboard, the sound on/off setting, your language choice and your cookie decision. This data is never passed on to anyone; it is visible only on that device, in that browser, and can be deleted at any time in your browser settings.
- Statistics cookies (Google Analytics 4) – only with your consent: in the cookie bar shown when you first open the site, you can decide whether to allow visitor statistics. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies named “_ga” and “_ga_<ID>” (expiry: 2 years), which tell visitors apart by a random identifier. If you decline, the tracking code is not loaded at all. You can change or withdraw your decision at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
The Website does not use marketing or advertising cookies.
5. Processors and recipients
- Hosting provider: Rackhost Kft. – technical storage of the Website and of emails.
- Form forwarding service: FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) – forwards the data from the contact and game forms to the controller by email and sends an automatic confirmation of the game result to the email address provided. The provider stores submitted data for up to 30 days. Its privacy notice: formsubmit.co/privacy.pdf. (This point does not apply if the Website uses its own server-side form handling.)
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland): visitor statistics, only with your consent. Data may also be processed on the servers of Google LLC (USA); Google LLC is a certified participant in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy; you can also block measurement with Google’s browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland): the story videos are published on YouTube. A video is only loaded after you click the play button, in privacy-enhanced mode (“youtube-nocookie.com”). When you play a video, Google may process data (e.g. IP address, cookies) under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Beyond the above, we do not pass personal data to third parties unless required by law. When the form forwarding, visitor statistics and video sharing services are used, data may also be transferred outside the European Economic Area (in particular to the United States); in such cases the transfer takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
6. Data security
The controller protects personal data with technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risks (HTTPS connection, password-protected email account, restricted access). Messages received by email are read only by the controller.
7. Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR you may request at any time:
- information about and access to the data we hold about you;
- rectification or completion of your data;
- erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”), including unsubscribing from the newsletter;
- restriction of processing;
- data portability (receiving the data you provided in a machine-readable format);
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- to withdraw your consent at any time – this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
You can send your request to hello@matyiatrabi.hu; we will reply within one month of receiving it at the latest. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link at the end of every newsletter or by asking us by email.
8. Remedies
If you feel your rights have been infringed in connection with the processing of your data, please let us know first so that we can put it right. 9. Changes to this notice
The controller reserves the right to amend this notice; the version in force is always available on the Website. Newsletter subscribers will also be notified of significant changes by email.
